Pallet exchanger PW 2000

The PW 2000 pallet exchanger reloads all stacks, even unstable or fragmented stacks, safely and effectively from original to target pallets. Adjustably positioned sidewalls are pneumatically applied to the goods. The load paradigm is maintained, even with small cardboard packages and trays. Maximum pressure can be set manually. When the correct pressure is reached, the back wall rises: now the stack is firmly supported on three sides. The transfer process is driven by an electric motor, and is completed within few seconds. The control provides programmed menus for special requirements: optionally, a convenient, user-friendly operator panel is also available.

Pallet exchanger PW 3000

The PW 3000 pallet exchanger systematically separates internal and external pallets in the goods turnover zone. In order to save space, this two-directional solution can be loaded via its front or back wall. The external pallet can be removed by a pallet jack. The process is started by the control unit. The hinged back wall then closes like a sluice gate, and the goods are loaded onto an internal pallet. The front wall opens and the PW 3000 can be unloaded. Optional thick rolling doors in front of the exchanger’s doors provide a controlled exchange of air during the exchange process, which is consistent with the high hygiene standards promised, and delivered, by the PW 3000.

Pallet exchanger PW 4000

The PW 4000 pallet exchanger’s particular application fields are wherever goods need to be transferred with great care onto target pallets. It operates semi-automatically, integrating efficient conveyor technology components. The change processes take place at the touch of a button. The control unit activates the process and precisely co-ordinates all system procedures. The offset cam lifting gear automatically lowers the height of the target roller conveyors. Double sliding sheets close around the target pallet. Firmly surrounded on three sides, the goods are pushed, gently sliding, onto the lowered target pallet. A forklift truck can then collect the loaded target pallet.

Pallet exchanger PW 5000

The PW 5000 pallet exchanger works as a sluice for the hygienic separation of goods turnover zones, which is particularly important in the food and pharmaceutical industries. The front wall and back wall are folded aside to allow goods in or out. With optional built-in rolling doors, clean rooms are protected against outside influences and air can be exchanged. The lining of the walls with high-grade steel (available on request) prevents the contamination of consumer goods. The PW 5000 is available as a semiautomatic stand-alone solution, but can also easily be integrated into a fully automatic pallet transportation facility.

Pallet exchanger PW 6000

The PW 6000 pallet exchanger is a typical component of fully automatic material flow systems, changing pallets gently and safely for glass and other highly sensitive goods. Double sliding sheets prevent any problems arising from rough surfaces, and sensors reliably ensure the smooth running of the process. A number of additional elements and extensions are available for this exchanger as part of a finely co-ordinated material flow system. Pallet dispensers and collectors regulate the supply and storage of pallets. Cover sheet applicators and collectors ensure the product is protected from rough pallets. Precise stacking can be achieved with the centring station. The PW 6000 automatically processes up to 60 exchanges per hour.
